Everything you need to know before your visit, so nothing about your appointment feels unfamiliar.
A little preparation helps make your first visit productive.
We offer a hybrid payment model, accepting insurance alongside cash-pay and concierge options. We are currently in the process of credentialing with insurance plans. For questions about your coverage or a bill, please contact our office directly. Contact Us with Billing Questions.
Appointments can be booked online once Elation EMR/patient portal is integrated into the site. Alternatively, you can call our office and leave a voicemail for a callback.
When additional imaging, procedures beyond our scope, or specialist consultation is needed, our team coordinates the referral and stays in communication with your care team, so nothing falls through the cracks. This includes specific services like lumbar puncture, lab draws, comprehensive eye exams, and general neurology outside headaches and facial pain.
For routine prescription refills, please contact our office at least 72 hours before your medication runs out. Certain medications may require an office visit before a refill can be authorized. If we are unable to refill any medication for any reason, please contact your primary care provider.
This includes the sudden onset of the ‘worst headache of your life,’ a headache accompanied by confusion, weakness, vision loss, difficulty speaking, or facial pain following a head injury. When in doubt, seek out your nearest Urgent Care or Emergency Department. Our messaging system is intended for non-emergency inquiries only (routine medication refills, treatment questions, scheduling, billing inquiries, etc.). Any new or concerning symptoms should be evaluated as soon as possible without waiting for an evaluation.
We will respond as soon as possible. Rest assured that Dr. Zatt sees all inquiries and will make every effort to respond within 1-3 business days.

Virtually all non-procedural appointments-including initial consultations and ongoing follow-up care-are available through telemedicine video visits or in person. Any procedure-related appointments must take place in person at our clinic (offered Wednesday through Friday).
To participate in a virtual appointment, you must be physically located within Oregon or Washington at the time of your care. While we cannot provide virtual visits to individuals outside these two states, you are always welcome to schedule an in-person consultation.
Standard prescription renewals can typically be addressed via telemedicine for patients in Oregon or Washington; however, controlled substance prescriptions require either an in-person appointment or a telemedicine visit conducted while you are located in Oregon. Controlled substances cannot be authorized during virtual appointments if you are in Washington state.
Book an appointment and prepare with confidence.
