    Office is shared with Northwest Rheumatology Associates; follow signs down the hallway from the main entrance.
  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
    Monday and Tuesday virtual-only;
    Wednesday–Friday in-person or virtual.

For non-urgent questions, please use the patient portal or leave a voicemail on the main clinic line. Patients can also reach out via email at info@portlandheadache.com. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for a response.

Please note that we do not have a dedicated nurse line. For urgent medical needs, including after hours, contact your primary care provider (PCP). You can also go to the nearest urgent care clinic or emergency room.

Portland Headache & Facial Pain is preparing to open its doors on January 1, 2027.

We offer a hybrid payment model, accepting insurance alongside cash-pay and concierge options. We are currently in the process of credentialing with insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify your specific plan prior to your visit. For patients paying out of pocket, we’re happy to discuss pricing and payment options before your appointment.

Portland Headache & Facial Pain is in Peterkort Centre I. It is easy to reach from the Portland metro area. This includes Beaverton and Washington County. Patients also travel here from across Oregon and Washington.
